U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Seng had said the pay differences were nearly certainly the result of gender bias. In their decision, the judges cited a 1982 ruling from the same court that said employers to use an employees' salary history to determine their current pay as long as the practice was reasonably and was justified with a business policy, the Associated Press reported. More than 700 state roads have been closed. Greitens said some of the flood levels surpassed historic levels. One woman was killed on Saturday afternoon when her vehicle was swept off the road. Several docks were destroyed at the marina.
