Google updates multi-room audio for smart speakers and displays

Zoom on Wednesday announced it will make its video conferencing software available to use on the Google Nest Hub Max , Facebook Portal , and Amazon Echo Show smart displays later this year. First up is Portal, which will get Zoom starting in September. Zoom for Facebook Portal will take advantage of the display's "smart camera" technology to automatically keep users in the frame. The FMAGs, which are provided through the President's Disaster Relief Fund on cost-share basis, will assist local, state and tribal agencies responding to the fires to apply for 75-percent reimbursement of their eligible fire suppression costs. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the judgment "will be delivered from the courtroom with partial virtual participation" the court said. The company said it has invested more than $2.5 billion in MI since 2010 and has more than 13,000 employees in the state.
