Google is recommending that normal users do not install this version as it is designed for developers and they have said that the first beta of the OS will be released some time in the next few weeks. Android 11 provides support for a broader range of display types like hole-punch and waterfall . With this, developers can make full use of the curved part of the waterfall screen and does not require a separate setting by the manufacturer. (more...)

Samsung explains mystery alert sent overnight that ‘scared’ users

No information was shared on Twitter by Samsung's official accounts either, and the official Samsung Support account, for example, hasn't posted anything in the last 3 hours. Security breach for sure'. It just happened to send a notification to everybody - either it was a fluke or somebody pressed the wrong button. Samsung cell phone users across Canada woke up to an unexplained "Find My Mobile" notification on Thursday morning. (more...)

At a news briefing, County Administrative Officer Wade Horton said five of those cases are in the North County, five are in South County and three patients live along the coast. Respirator valves are created to be used for a maximum of eight hours at a time , and when they needed more, the medical supplier was unable to provide new valves quickly enough to treat the patients. But the first thing we need to do before giving the 3D model to other people is to be sure that the hospital really needs our valves. They are working for free, but they do not plan to release the design publicly. (more...)

The governor also announced a patient that tested positive in Montgomery County is now in recovery and has been released from the hospital. More Kentucky businesses will be forced to close in order to prevent people from congregating and possibly spreading COVID-19/coronavirus, which is now a global pandemic. (more...)

At the beginning of the week HEXUS news watchers will have seen that Microsoft had finally edged beyond the 1bn active devices milestone . Microsoft hasn't gone as far as to announce anything on that front, but it's expected that these interface changes ( and others ) will be part of Windows 10X (a different spin on the OS designed for dual-screen devices, at least initially) when that's released later this year.
