The sports world got what it thought was major news on Wednesday when Serena Williams posted what appeared to be a nice little baby bump to Snapchat with the caption "20 weeks", insinuating she was almost five months pregnant. With a little Serena Williams or Alexis Ohanian on the way, the couple is now on the way to building their life together as a family. The beginning of Williams' maternity leave coincides with the imminent return of two other big names on the tennis stage. (more...)

Having confirmed this series as the last before he retires from global cricket, 39-year-old Younis played with exaggerated care at the start of his innings. Younis took 208 innings to reach the 10,000 mark, becoming the 13th player to do so. Amir ended with six for 44 off 26 overs. The Bulls , who clawed their way to the eighth and final playoff spot in the East, are trying to become the first eighth seed to topple the top-ranked team in the opening round since the Philadelphia 76ers upset Chicago in 2012. Cormier vs. Jones 2 is probably on deck, but I didn't see anything in their first fight that would compel me to watch the sequel. The 38-year-old was all over Rumble and eventually took his back with just over a minute left. It's just time for me to move on to something else.
