- July 30, 2020

The U.S. remains the only country to land successfully at Mars . NASA will need to wait another two years for the next opportune launch window if it misses the window for any reason. They had to make it really lightweight because mars is only one percent of the atmosphere that have here on earth. After it has landed, the rover will drill the rock, and obtain and store some promising rock core samples that could be transferred to a future mission that could then transport the samples for ... Researchers Revive Ancient Microbes Who Were Dormant For 100 Million Years
- July 30, 2020

The soil the microbes were being trapped in was taken from a 2010 expedition to the South Pacific Gyre, a seemingly lifeless zone in the centre of swirling ocean currents to the east of Australia, recognised as a single of the most foods-constrained and everyday living-deficient elements of the ocean (and a trash vortex, with all the plastic pollution it gathers at the surface area).
