Tropical Storm Cristobal made landfall along the Louisiana coast and is now moving northward. "It's very efficient, very tropical rainfall", National Hurricane Centre director Ken Graham said in a Facebook video. Cristobal emerged out of Tropical Storm Amanda, which left at least 26 people dead across Central America and brought flooding and landslides.
