In the now-viral video, a male customer grabs James by the shirt collar and pulls her towards him. Daniel Taylor , 41, became upset Monday when there were no straws at the St. Petersburg Police Department . A McDonald's employee who was battered by a customer at work has hired an attorney and says she has been placed on leave following the incident. (more...)

But Pelosi will also have to pursue the Democratic agenda, with plenty of opportunities to confront President Trump. The UAW announced Thursday it filed a lawsuit against the automaker that requests the court order GM to transfer seniority union members to the plant in Fort Wayne instead of using temporary workers. GM has not yet filed a response to the UAW lawsuit. The union authorized using temporary employees through November 30, 2018, but not past that date, according to the court filing. (more...)
