Paymentsense, a company that facilitates card payments, has reported that merchants using their service are struggling to take Visa card payments. The company said in a statement it did not yet know what had caused the outage. 'We are investigating the cause and working as quickly as possible to resolve the situation'. It's been reported that a flight in Europe made an emergency landing this week because passengers on board said they couldn't handle the terrible smell coming from a guy on the plane. The unemployment rate fell to 3.8 percent, a slight drop from 3.9 percent, the Labor Department reported on Friday.
