The Trump-Pence Administration banned the CDC from using words like "transgender" and "diversity" in an effort to erase us. A study of elderly people found those who ate around one serving of leafy greens each day had brains that were the equivalent of 11 years younger than those who never or rarely ate the vegetables. Eating larger amounts of each of nutrients and bioactives including vitamin K , nitrate, folate , the antioxidants lutein and kaempferol, and alpha-tocopherol, a type of vitamin E , was associated with a slower decline in memory and thinking skills, the study found. Royal Dutch Shell and Italian energy giant, Eni, have been ordered to stand trial over alleged corruption in Nigeria with the Italian major's chief executive among those indicted. "There is no place for bribery or corruption in our company".
