It found that all doses of the Moderna vaccine have been bought by rich countries, as have 96% of Pfizer's doses. The FDA found more testing will be needed to confirm that the vaccine effectively prevents death. The vaccine was found to be 100% effective in Black people, with seven Black subjects becoming sick, all of whom were in the placebo group. There were 1,735 new cases were reported in the past 24 hours after over 20,300 tests were performed.
