In a joint report compiled with health officials in Vermont, the CDC found that a 20-year-old prison employee contracted the virus after they had 22 interactions totaling 17 minutes over an eight-hour shift with infected individuals. The total number of excess deaths ranged from a low of 841 for people under age 25 to a high of 94,646 among adults aged 75-84 years. The glands were discovered by surprise when Wouter Vogel, radiation oncologist, and Matthijs Valstar, oral and maxillofacial surgeon, were testing a new scan called PSMA PET-CT, per a news release . This tracer binds well to the PSMA (prostate-specific membrane antigen) protein, which is elevated in prostate cancer cells. This combination of scans is also good at detecting salivary gland tissues, according to the study. (more...)

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has issued a major statement regarding Plasma Therapy , which is being considered as life-saving for serious patients suffering from Kovid-19. The study report was published in Medrxiv, a pre-print server for health sciences, on September 9. They then prepared formula in each bottle using guidelines from the World Health Organization ( WHO ), which recommends mixing the formula with hot water at a minimum of 70°C in order to reduce bacterial loads. She experienced shortness of breath while waiting to depart for Texas from Arizona back in July. Dallas County Health and Human Services have said the woman who died of coronavirus did have underlying symptoms. Several new coronavirus cases reported for Dallas County on Sunday were from past months. Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins said Sunday local officials were previously notified about her death, but only learned that she died from the virus a few days ago. (more...)
