The county's recovery rate now sits at 97%. Douglas County has reported 2,084 cases of COVID-19 as of Monday, an increase of 88 cases since Friday. To date, 3,679 people have tested positive in Ottawa, including 523 active cases, 2,880 resolved and 276 deaths. The last time Ottawa had this many known active cases was May 7, when they were 520. Health Minister Christine Elliott says parts of the plan are now being implemented, including increased testing capacity. Marc Casavant late Sunday afternoon states that this case of coronavirus was not acquired at the school.
