With Bastian's decision, the USPS must stop instructing mail carriers to leave mail behind for a later date, halt their "leave behind" policy that requires delivery trucks to leave at a set time regardless of whether mail is ready, continue to treat all election mail as First Class mail regardless of paid postage, and replace dismantled mail sorting machines . Viral RNA sequencing revealed putative LY-CoV555-resistance variants in placebo and all treatment arms. The blood of survivors is being tested as a treatment for COVID-19 patients because it contains such antibodies, but the strength and types of antibodies varies depending on each donor, and doing this on a large scale is impractical. The CDC's game plan assumes that tens of millions of doses of a vaccine will be available to send freely to Americans - not just frontline workers - by January 2021. The CDC's vaccine distribution playbook says that for planning purposes, state and local health agencies should assume "limited COVID-19 vaccine doses may be available by early November 2020" if a vaccine is authorized or licensed by the FDA, but the supply may increase ... Tests were also not available on the Government website in the remainder of 10 local authorities with surging cases, which are Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Tameside, Warrington and Knowsley.
