According to the McLean County Health Department (MCHD) one person is hospitalized in the county with COVID-19 while 101 patients are isolating at home. A new study, carried out by King's College London and Harvard, has discovered that frontline healthcare workers are three times more likely to test positive for the Coronavirus, despite wearing adequate personal protective equipment (PPE). The Penn State University Athletic Conference, home to 14 Penn State branch campuses, announced Friday it is postponing fall athletics - soccer, cross country, golf and women's volleyball - due to the covid-19 pandemic. Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine (HCOM ) HCOM successfully began classes on the Athens, Dublin and Cleveland campuses in July using a hybrid approach and will continue with the same approach throughout the fall semester.
