Heading into Canada Day, the province lifted the outdoor gathering limit to 200 people. The higher limit applies to outdoor events such as festivals, fireworks displays, rodeos, sporting events and performances, Alberta Health said in a news release. (more...)

Though he didn't name names, some in the Republican contingent, President Donald Trump among them, have been downplaying the severity of the pandemic and accusing those businesses and political leaders who enforce precautions like mask-wearing to be infringing on their freedoms. The list will act as a recommendation to European Union members, meaning they will nearly certainly not allow access to travelers from other countries, but could potentially set restrictions on those entering from the 14 nations. European Commission introduced its recommendation for the reopening of internal Schengen borders on June 15, so the citizens of European countries would be eligible to travel within the Schengen Zone freely, as they did before the Coronavirus outbreak. Over the weekend, Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) officials said that they are notifying people who've recently visited Brandi's Exotic Show Lounge about the potential for exposure that took place between the hours of 9 pm and 3 am on the evenings of June 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th (including midnight to 3 am on the 25th). The product, which has 22 grams of protein , will be available in the USA beginning today, June 23.
