The researchers followed the participants for at least five years and found out that nearly all of the people who could not be able to detect a single one of those five scents had developed dementia. The study published in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society follows a related 2014 paper in which olfactory dysfunction was associated with increased risk of death within five years. Tee-times were brought forward in a bid to complete the final round on time but the atrocious weather forced the 78-strong field from the course twice with play finally abandoned about midway through the round. LPGA rules director Bo Ream told reporters the players had a "mixed" reaction to the decision with many forced to reschedule worldwide flights. "We have no idea of the full magnitude.Nothing good happens after eight days in the tropics without food or water". "Barb will not be forgotten". We only saw a hint of the impact that Barb's death had on Nancy and the rest of the characters.
