In Northern Ontario, the Thunder Bay District Health Unit has the highest number of confirmed cases, with 79. There are now 2,526 LTC residents and patients fighting COVID-19 in relation to these outbreaks, as well as 1,606 LTC employees. The province has conducted more than 550,000 COVID-19 tests to date.
