Little Skylar Herbert first complained a month ago about bad headaches - with COVID-19 causing a form of meningitis that caused swelling of her brain, her parents told The Detroit News . Her parents are unsure how she contracted the virus since she's had been kept at home for weeks. Detroit, where Skylar was from, has been hit particularly hard by the virus. (more...)

Since yesterday's report, an additional 9,643 tests were completed. The pace of new cases is slowing. Of Ontario's total cases, 5,209 are considered to be resolved. 809 COVID-19 patients have been hospitalized, with 196 in ICU on ventilators. Sunday's increase in cases marks a 5.7 per cent jump compared to the day prior. (more...)
