Gov. Beshear says the death toll grew by eight, bringing the total to 137. At least 956 people have recovered. On Thursday, it was announced that one of the new COVID-19 cases was a 10-day-old baby. Swansea Bay University Health Board said it was "deeply saddened" to confirm the death of Jenelyn Carter who worked on the admissions ward at Morriston Hospital in Swansea. A GoFundMe page has been set up to support her husband and her baby, and has so far raised over £150,000 (about $187,000 USD) in nearly 2 days.
