Juul's decision on mint comes as the US Food and Drug Administration is expected to publish a final rule that would remove some flavored nicotine vaping products from the US market. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Thursday said more than 2,000 vaping-related illnesses have been reported. The federal minimum age for purchasing tobacco products is 18, but states can also set their own law and several have already passed bills restricting their sale to people aged 21 and over. (more...)
