The woman ate large amounts of what she thought was avocado dip only to realize it was wasabi paste. Nearly immediately, she felt "sudden pressure" in her chest before it traveled to her arms and legs, according to the report. It's called broken heart syndrome because it causes heart muscle failure, triggered by any kind of stressful episode.
