A new study from researchers at the University of Pennsylvania has suggested the ideal amount of time we should devote to social media scrolling every day: just 30 minutes. They stated that it would reduce the chances of depression and feelings of loneliness within a person. While not advocating for a total divorce from all social media, the team acknowledged that identifying the flawless sweet spot for ideal usage habits remains elusive. (more...)

According to Herald Sun, a newspaper based in Melbourne , Nima and Dawa would be taken for surgery after 8am ( Melbourne time) on Novermber 9, where they will be known as Green and Red to avoid mix ups. "She still has this extraordinary calmness about her, which is just fantastic". Adenovirus hasn't been confirmed in another person who died Friday afternoon. A staff member also became ill, and there have been eight pediatric deaths. The department said it is an active outbreak investigation and lab tests could confirm additional cases.
