He co-authored a commentary published with the study. "Further research is required to identify which specific factors are responsible for potential protective effects of organic food consumption on cancer risk", they wrote Monday in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine . No single common supplier has been identified. According to the CDC , as of October 17, 92 people have been reported sick from 29 states, including Florida, and 21 people have been hospitalized. Salmonella normally causes mild upset stomach, but it can be serious in the elderly, young children and those with compromised immune systems.
