Almost 10% of Americans say it is "acceptable" to have " neo-Nazi or white supremacist views", according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll out on Tuesday. Of the respondends to the survey, which was conducted by telephone with over 1,000 adults across the country, 33 percent were Democrats, 22 percent were Republicans and 42 percent identified as independent. The U.S. will not distribute $290 million in aid to Egypt over human rights concerns, a State Department official confirmed Tuesday. The Egyptian ministry said in a separate statement that Egypt regrets the USA decision to reduce the aid funds and considered it "a misjudgment of the nature of the strategic relations that binds the two countries over decades, and reflects the lack of understanding of the importance of supporting the stability and success of Egypt ".
