Spanish Interior Minister Juan Ignacio Zoido said the terror cell had now effectively been dismantled, with five suspects killed in Cambrils, four suspects in detention and up to two other members killed in Wednesday's explosion. Of the 13 dead from the Barcelona attack , officials have identified four Spaniards, two Portuguese and one Italian. On Monday in downtown Durham , a bronze Confederate statue was torn down by demonstrators. The Lee statue will be preserved to allow students to "study Duke's complex past and take part in a more inclusive future", he said.
