One of the assailants was shot dead, while the other fled, according to initial reports . The ministry that it employed 10 ambulances to transfer the injured to hospitals. Resolution 2397, adopted on December 22, allows a country to seize, inspect and impound any vessel within its territorial waters that is suspected of engaging in prohibited activities with North Korea. Weiner was forced to resign from Congress for accidentally posting an inappropriate image of himself to Twitter in 2011.
