The case was brought following separate concerns over the young prince's security. A MET Office chief forecaster said: "During winter weather, which brings snow showers, it is not uncommon for snow amounts to vary considerably across short distances". Although not ruling out snow for Sussex, the Met Office does add that it's less likely to fall this far south. The showers will become more widespread on Friday, resulting in moderate coverage in some places. (more...)
