Many CNRP MPs have fled, and its leader has been charged with treason. He also said he was sure the party would be dissolved, adding: "I dare to bet my life on this happening". Environmentalists and activists are likely to raise concerns over pumping the money generated from game-hunting for conservation efforts in countries like Zimbabwe, where elephant poaching is a serious issue. 2 students charged with threatening to shoot classmates

A fight at Burnsville High School on Wednesday left one student injured and several others in police custody. It happened during a lunch break just outside the school's main office, and police said many students saw what happened. After investigating, a 16-year-old was arrested for threats of terrorism, a felony. Another faculty staff member was privately transported to Beebe Walk-In-Care where he was treated and released for a knee injury. (more...)

After an entire year of failed attempts at repealing Obamacare, Senate Republicans are now using the proposed tax plan to put all of their eggs into one basket, but will it work? If any tax plan is to be signed into law by the president, the House and Senate tax plans will eventually need to be worked into one joint proposal, and it is not yet clear if that bill would include the health care requirement.
