Kentucky State Police say 59-year-old Rene Boucher has been charged with fourth-degree assault and booked into Warren County Detention Center, after he "intentionally" assaulted Paul, "causing a minor injury". Boucher is now being held at the Warren County Jail on $5,000 bond. A suspected airstrike by the Saudi-led coalition fighting Shiite Houthi rebels in Yemen killed at least 26 people at the market in Saada province. Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Defense said it intercepted a missile over north-east Riyadh. The strike is the latest among a series of airstrikes on civilians in the war-torn Arab country since the coalition launched a large-scale air campaign against the rebels in Yemen more than two and a half years ago.
