Friday marks Queen Elizabeth II's 91st birthday. This year the Queen's official birthday falls on June 17, which will be marked by the ceremonial Trooping of the Colour. At the end of past year, she stood down as patron of 25 bodies, including the Wimbledon tennis championships. "Once again, allow me to extend congratulations on Your Majesty's birth anniversary, and wish you and members of the Royal Family continued good health and happiness", President Sirleaf urged. The state budget includes an $8 million provision to provide open educational resources, including e-books, to students at SUNY and CUNY colleges to help defray the cost of textbooks. The cost of college is now out of sight. Well it's becoming a reality for middle class students in NY.
