In his first address to the General Assembly, Trump last week threatened to " totally destroy " North Korea and derided leader Kim Jong-un as a "rocket man" who was "on a suicide mission". Before that speech, senior aides had warned Trump not to personally attack the North Korean leader , according to the Los Angeles Times , because "insulting the young despot in such a prominent venue could irreparably escalate tensions and shut off any chance for negotiations to defuse the nuclear crisis". Preux Picault did not expect to deliver her baby at a Target in Atlanta instead of a hospital room. Preux went into labor during her shopping trip at the big box store. "We urged her friend to go ahead and bring the vehicle to the entrance and we were helping her to the auto. Her contractions and pain were increasing as we walked with her to the auto", Bozeman said. But he acknowledged risks of escalation with any US military option. Much less shoot them down, it is not even clear whether North Korea would be able to detect some modern-day USA aircraft.
