China had suspended purchases of North Korean coal in February, in response to a UN-set cap on Pyongyang's coal trade set last November, part of sanctions to curb North Korea's nuclear ambitions. BEIJING-U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said China needed to "guarantee fair and reciprocal treatment for U.S. firms" as he tried to strike an upbeat tone on a visit to Beijing amid trade tensions between the two countries. In an important announcement, the Trump administration has chose to replace its travel ban with a new proclamation in which eight countries are prohibited to enter the United States . Chad , North Korea and Venezuela were not covered by the earlier ban. These new restrictions will go into effect starting October 18, 2017. Title 26 US Code limits what the IRS can share with Mueller, especially as it relates to tax returns. A Walt Disney World resort employee is accused of leaving a 2-year-old girl in her auto while she went inside to get her manager's approval to take time off to care for the toddler, according to the Orlando Sentinel . The girl's temperature was 97.1 degrees, according to the affidavit. She was taken to Celebration Hospital in stable condition. Authorities arrested 37-year-old Myriam Lubincadet and charged her with child neglect. (more...)
