The 3.0 quake was detected around where the isolated country recently conducted a nuclear test , said South Korea's weather agency. All of North Korea's previous six nuclear tests registered as earthquakes of magnitude 4.3 or above. The dollar buckled against the yen on Friday as tensions simmered on the Korean peninsula , though the sharp divergence between USA and Japanese monetary policy kept the greenback on track for a winning week against the yen. POLICE have declared a crime scene and revised an exclusion zone on Brisbane's northside, following a huge fire at a local business. An emergency situation was declared and an exclusion zone was put in place. At least 20 fire crews were still trying to contain it to the one building on Pritchard Road in Virginia, but no one was believed to be injured.
