The Trump administration has agreed to revoke this policy after the U.S. District Court in MA has given the verdict against it. Burroughs was nominated to the court in 2014 by former President Barack Obama. But on July 6, ICE abruptly reversed the policy without explanation. According to judges overseeing the case, the universities and government were able to agree on a resolution to the ruling, reported The New York Times . (more...)

The Eaton County sheriff's deputy pulled over Ruis' vehicle about a half hour later. That's the most important thing here". Police were also at the Quality Dairy, where the store was blocked off with police tape Tuesday. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been hospitalized for a possible infection. The justice's recent health issues aren't necessarily unique for her, as she's battled cancer twice before. Supreme Court justices serve for life or until they choose to retire, and supporters have expressed concern that if anything were to happen to Ms Ginsburg then a more conservative judge might replace her. Brenton Tarrant sacked his lawyers - after earlier pleading guilty to killing 51 people and injuring another 40 in the mosque attacks last March. He has already pleaded guilty to the charges. Tarrant has been in police custody since March 15, 2019, when he was arrested and accused of using semi-automatic weapons to target Muslims attending Friday prayers at two mosques in the city of Christchurch. At the time, Moderna was criticized by some scientists for putting out a release describing positive results that temporarily drove up the company's stock price, but included few numbers that would allow scientists to interpret the data .
