On March 24, two days before Trump's musing, and his odd claim that the US had already placed soldiers near the Canadian border to counter illegal trade, Trudeau's cabinet quietly passed an order once again renewing the reciprocal police firearm amnesty - and gave the same firearm exemptions to border patrol and customs and immigration enforcement officers at 53 border locations from Alaska and the state of Washington through every border state to Maine. These were the districts which had reported cases of COVID-19. Punjab and Karnataka have reported 13 deaths each. Telangana has 791 cases, followed by Andhra Pradesh at 603 and Kerala at 396. - Karnataka has a total of 384 cases. (more...)

Drivers collectively slowed down to provide enough room for the plane to stick the landing on the Canadian highway. One driver had a front-row seat to the marvelous landing and was directly behind the small airplane as it touched down. When it finds a gap in the traffic the pilot quickly manages to make a smooth landing on Highway 40 without hitting anything or injuring anyone, despite it taking up most of the carriageway. The nursing home, the Andover Subacute and Rehabilitation Center, is split into two buildings designated I and II. Police did not find a body in the shed, but said the facility's tiny morgue was "overwhelmed".
