The USS Wasp was the first Navy ship to arrive in the US Virgin Islands and is providing medium and heavy lift helicopters to transport people and supplies, the service said in a statement. Both ships were assigned to the Navy's 7th Fleet, which has headquarters in Yokosuka , Japan, and includes between 50 and 70 ships at a time. Bogina, of Arma, was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash happened at a rural intersection, and sent both vehicles tumbling across the roadway. The patrol said Bogina wasn't wearing a seat belt. In a unanimous decision, the Ninth Circuit upheld a lower court's decision on Friday in Hawaii v. Trump , allowing extended family members as well as certain refugees to enter the United States. But the 9th Circuit opinion found that refugees who have been assigned to resettlement agencies had established enough of a "relationship" with a US entity to qualify for a waiver from the ban.
