A cadaver dog determined there were no bodies inside the tunnel. It is unclear how long the tunnel has been there. Josefina Vidal, Cuba's ambassador to Canada , says the reducing embassy staff in Havana will do nothing to help find the cause of a mysterious ailment that has affected Canadian and US diplomats. Canada has discounted the idea of a "sonic attack" being the cause - a theory previously put forward by the U.S. state department previous year.
