The prime minister said of North Korea's regime: "Its conduct is illegal, it's reckless, it's provocative, it's unsafe. And it threatens the peace of the region, the peace of the world". They hold the USA partly responsible, saying Trump's heated rhetoric is fueling the flames. On Tuesday Trump warned further North Korean threats would "be met with fire and the fury like the world has never seen" after Pyongyang threatened "physical" retaliation for the new sanctions. The storm is expected to have gained momentum once it makes its second landfall. This morning, Franklin is weakening over land with maximum sustained winds 50 miles per hour. The tropics remain active with Tropical Storm Franklin in the southern Gulf of Mexico and what may soon become "Gert" in the central Atlantic. Rip currents and coastal flooding are also expected. The Marianas islands are located north of Guam .
