Decision announced after phone call between US President Donald Trump and his South Korean counterpart, Moon Jae-in. The test comes amid heightened regional tension following Pyongyang's two tests of ICBMs in July that potentially could fly about 10,000 km (6,200 miles), putting many parts of the USA mainland within range. Sunday from the South Harbor Boat Ramp in Oak Island, a release from the Coast Guard states. After a call came in from near Oak Island about two missing men, multiple crews combined efforts to search 33,154 miles for 247 hours off the coasts of North Carolina and SC, but neither Steve Chaney nor David Hambrick were located. Mark Wysocky. The officer, who was in a marked auto, approached the vehicle, police said, but the driver fled and began to drive erratically on Miramar Parkway. The I-95 crash happened about 4:30 a.m. near the intersection of State Road 84, and involved three cars, according to Wysocky. "We had three vehicles traveling northbound on 95". (more...)

MDA helps those who have muscular dystrophy, ALS and related life threatening diseases. Firefighter Luke Betterton has been with the fire department for about a year and half. Last year, firefighters across the Ozarks raised $250,000 for local patients. Witt said crews were hopefully to get a break through the evening. Update: 6:19 p.m. BC Wildfire is now reporting the fire at 20 hectares and generating a lot of smoke. With support from water bombers and tankers, seven firefighters are now battling the blaze, with another 20 being sent in. No structures in the area are being threatened at this time. (more...)
