Manchester United star Matteo Darmian has admitted he's happy that Juventus are interested him though he denies any decisions on his future have been made yet. "The derby is a game of its own, it was a great comeback for how it was after the first half and there was satisfaction at the end of that race, but yesterday it was a game like that, we did not play at our best, we knew that West Brom needed some points but we did not manage to win". Tamil Nadu Governor Banwarilal Purohit got into yet another fresh controversy by patting the cheeks of a female scribe at Raj Bhawan, his official residence, instead of replying to a particular query posed by her. DMK Working President M K Stalin sought a CBI probe into the matter. A report in a daily in February this year had claimed that the Governor of a southern state was accused of sexual misconduct and the veracity of the allegation was being investigated by the Home Ministry. The law ministry is preparing a draft ordinance to overturn a Supreme Court verdict placing safeguards on arrest of those accused of committing atrocities on SCs and STs, sources in the government today said. The Police Headquarters on April 6 had issued a circular urging the police to put into practice of the Supreme Court's order rigorously. The Tamil Film Producers' Council called off the strike on Tuesday evening after 48 days, one of the the longest shutdowns that the Tamil film industry have ever faced. The VPF of D Cinema has been brought down from 9,000 to 5,000 and in the full run, VPF cost has been reduced from 22,000 to 10,000. Three movies (1 Big and 2 med/small) movies expected to release every Friday. (more...)

Probably the most famous was the 1971 rebellion at New York's Attica prison. The inmate told AP that he knew at least two of the slain men well.
