Mohiussunnath Choudhury, 26, of Luton, has been charged with engaging in conduct in preparation for giving effect to his intention to commit an act or acts of terrorism following an incident on 25 August. Police said the man repeatedly yelled "Allahu Akbar", which means "God is Great" in Arabic. Another man, 30, who was questioned by counter-terrorism police in connection with the same incident faces no further action. (more...)

Earlier in the day, ANI had quoted Aditya's parents as saying: "We hope that the law does justice with us and with our son". Rakesh Ranjan alias Rocky Yadav had surrendered in a local court in Gaya in 2016. Rocky was arrested from his father Bindi Yadav's mixer plant in Gaya on May 10 past year. His name was included along with his father Bindi Yadav in the case of recovery of liquor bottles which were found when police raided his mother's house looking for Rocky. (more...)
