The CBI court had pronounced him guilty on March 19 in a fourth fodder scam case involving fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 3.13 crore from the Dumka treasury. The fodder scam, probed by the CBI, relates to the fraudulent withdrawal of almost Rs 950 crore between 1990 and 1995 when public funds were swindled from different treasuries for fictitious spends on fodder and other expenses for cattle. When the Sharp family didn't show, relatives filed a missing person's report .
