Anyone wishing to travel from Brisbane and Moreton Bay now requires an "orange zone" Victorians travel permit, can not enter if they have any COVID-19 symptoms and will need to isolate and get tested within 72 hours of entering Victoria.
Aged care, hospitals, prisons, and disability care homes in the Brisbane City and Moreton Bay Council areas have been closed to visitors.
