"Our focus is to ensure we safely deliver the vaccines as quickly as possible to B.C. communities, using all available supply", provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and Health Minister Adrian Dix said in a joint statement issued today, January 12.
To date, 62,294 people have received a COVID-19 vaccine in the province.
The discussion over additional restrictions is to take place as the province reported more than 5,000 deaths from the virus.
