Bowser's Fury This February
But the moment has finally arrived for Mario to assume a fearsome new feline form.
The main focus of CES 2021 for Nintendo seems to be promoting the forthcoming game Super Mario 3D World + Browser's Fury, for which a new trailer has been released.
Revealed in a new trailer, Bowser's Fury is described as an "all-new bonus adventure", and features Mario working with Bowser Jr., who can seemingly paint walls to create items, and attack enemies. The Joy-Cons use the same red color, but have a blue strip where they slot into the Switch or the Joy-Con grip. It includes red Joy-Con controllers with blue straps, a blue Joy-Con grip, a red Nintendo Switch dock and a red Nintendo Switch system - making this the first time the Nintendo Switch system itself will be available in a new color! The set also comes with a Mario themed carrying case and screen protector.
We awarded the Wii U version of Super Mario 3D World a 9.6/10 in our review, saying it's "marvelous, and its constant variety and fantastic light-hearted co-op play proves that Nintendo still knows exactly how to tweak the Mario formula in fun ways".
Super Mario 3D All-Stars has 3 games in one, including Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy.
This set costs $299, the same price as the regular Switch, and it'll be available at "select retailers" starting on February 12th.
There are also new Cat Mario and Cat Peach amiibo figures that will be released at the same time as the game.
