Airlines Ban Booze, Add Staff to D.C. Flights After Capitol Riots
Alaska Airlines has banned 14 passengers after unruly behavior on a flight Thursday from Washington, DC that included refusing to wear a mask. "Airlines, in coordination with TSA, DHS, FAA, DOT and law enforcement must take all steps to ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew by keeping all problems on the ground".

Sources at two USA airlines said there had been unruly passengers on flights into the Washington, DC area on Tuesday, raising concern about their departure. The day prior, cabin crew allegedly struggled to gain control as profane insults flew between supporters of the president and other passengers during a flight from Texas to the nation's capital.
The beefed-up security at Dulles International and Reagan National airports comes amid outrage at the mob of MAGA protesters who smashed their way into the seat of American democracy. In the statement, they linked to a video that showed issues arising on an American Airlines flight from Dallas to DC.
"The mob mentality behavior that took place on several flights to the DC area yesterday was unacceptable and threatened the safety and security of every single person on board", Nelson explained about the flights on Tuesday. It will not happen again.
