Justin Bieber shows 'vulnerability' in 'Lonely' video starring Jacob Tremblay

Jacob Tremblay

Jacob Tremblay dresses like Justin Bieber in his Never Say Never days while embodying the superstar in the music video for "Lonely", the singer's new song with Benny Blanco. The clip has already racked up over 2.3 million views on YouTube as of this morning. "I'm so lonely", Tremblay mouths, together with Bieber, because the digicam pans out to disclose a single individual sits watching.

"Lonely" pays homage to the trials and tribulations of growing up as a child-star, something that Justin Bieber understands far too well after being in the public eye since he was 13-years-old.

"In the event you're feeling Lonely or know somebody who's struggling, yow will discover assets and extra at ActiveMinds.org/Lonely", presents the video's caption.

As the young Bieber walks out onto the stage in front of an empty arena, the adult Bieber sings, 'What if you'd had it all but nobody to call maybe then you'd know me'. It was emotional to see him play me from the outside looking in. When he and @finneas showed me this song to be honest it was hard to listen to considering how tough it was to get through some of these chapters.

He added: "Being someone in my position I believe it is powerful to express vulnerability and that's why I believe this song is so powerful!"
