Apple's third product event in 3 months may be around the corner

Apple Silicon MacBook

Well, ARM-based MacBook line-up is not completely new news, Apple announced the transition from MacBook powered by Intel processors to Apple Silicon Chip processors at the WWDC 2020 event.

Noted Apple leaker Jon Prosser reports that the Cupertino, Calif. -based company is planning the event for November 17, where it will reveal its first Mac computers designed with its new Apple-designed main processors based on the chips it uses in its iPhones and iPads. We have heard the news that the company would be announcing its first set of MacBooks this year and a lot of signs pointed it towards a November launch. Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has said it will be a notebook, but rumors have conflicted on whether it will be a new 13-inch MacBook Pro, a new MacBook Air, or a revived 12-inch MacBook.

In a recent tweet, Prosser claimed that Apple is gearing up to reveal the ARM Mac at an event on Tuesday 17 November, roughly a month after the October event, with invites scheduled to go out a week earlier on 10 November. Rumors in the past have also indicated that the 12-inch MacBook might make a return as well.

Apple recently affirmed that it would keep on depending on Intel processors as it changes its own chips. Now, there are a bunch of other announcements left from the company that may be done so in a surprise November event as well.

Not much is known about this all-new AirPods Studio.

The new chips will give software developers who make apps for the iPhone and iPad new access to its laptops and desktop for the first time.

Despite the initial reluctance from brands to shift to an online-only focus for product launches, it's safe to say Apple has fully embraced the new digital normal. But with so many products already announced, what more could Apple have up its sleeve? At this point, we're just waiting for the shoe to fall off Apple once and for all. We'll keep you posted.
