RCB releases new anthems for fans ahead of IPL 2020

No crowd no problem

The ongoing IPL is being played under strict health safety guidelines and protocols, with players and support staff set to be tested every five days throughout the tournament.

RCB will kickstart their IPL 2020 campaign against Sunrisers Hyderabad at Dubai International Stadium on September 21.

RCB, on the other hand, look more balanced than their previous three years team.

Sunrisers Hyderabad will bank on Jonny Bairstow and David Warner to get the team off to a solid start, with the hope that Manish Pandey and Vijay Shankar will then play as the situation demands of them in the middle order.

Armed with presence of the top T20 bowler Afghanistan leggie Rashid Khan and no.1 all-rounder in the format Mohammad Nabi, who was in a terrific form in the recently-concluded CPL, Sunrisers have one of the best spin bowling attacks in the tournament. It is going to be the selection between Moeen Ali and Dale Steyn. Bhuvneshwar Kumar will be crucial for SRH as he'll bowl two overs first up and two at the death. While there was massive hype ahead of RCB anthem release, outrage was sparked on social media platform Twitter after RCB's official handle posted the video song featuring the likes of Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Yuzvendra Chahal among many others.

Rashid himself will target a bigger role with the bat this time around in case SRH designate him the number 7 spot.

"Crowd is a part of your journey when they are watching you". While Finch is a fantastic option too, he hasn't had the bests of outing in IPL, so we can wait before selecting him in our team. The franchise has bought South African bowling all-rounder Chris Morris. He is RCB's solution to death overs and finishing duties, hence his value can not be undermined, and is a definite pick against SRH.

"Well, I am looking forward to the tour which will be a great battle between two very highly competitive teams". This led to Rashid taking fewer wickets than usual. Both teams have a world-class leg-spinner each in Rashid Khan and Yuzvendra Chahal.

"The crowds are an incredible part of any sport, but that is not what you play for eventually", Kohli said during a webinar on Thursday, where his teammates Parthiv Patel and Devdutt Padikkal were also present along with RCB chairman Sanjeev Churiwala. Please, let us know in the comments.
