PS5's Horizon Forbidden West is also a PS4 game now

Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales Gameplay Footage Revealed

Spider-Man: Miles Morales looks fluid, frantic, and fantastic - not that we were expecting anything less from Insomniac's follow-up.

Miles races to the bridge, and, using his explosive, new bio-electric venom and camouflage abilities, attempts to stop the Underground while protecting the citizens of Marvel's New York City. We may find out on Wednesday at 1 p.m. PT (4 p.m. ET, 9 p.m. BST, 6 a.m. AEST Thursday) during Sony's PS5 Showcase. The PS5 version will also come with new Spider-suits, trophies, and photo mode features, for those who need some extra incentive.

The previously PlayStation 5 exclusive Horizon Forbidden West has now been confirmed to be a cross-gen title after all.

Yes, that's right, we know that some of you may transition to PS5 at different times, which it was why it was important to us to release the latest title in the Marvel's Spider-Man universe on both consoles.

Additionally, Sony also revealed that Spider-Man: Miles Morales would release both on PS4 and PS5. You could argue that the Share button has already become as much about creation as it is sharing. The game will cost $49.99, while an Ultimate Edition, which includes the original game remastered, will cost $69.99. You'll see better-looking characters with improved skin, eyes, hair, and facial animation (including our new, next-generation Peter Parker).

Miles Morales was first announced back in June, it's safe to say that fans were thrilled. Along with all that, there's also "near-instant loading, 3D audio, and the DualSense controller's haptic feedback".

We even get to see the classic Spider-Man bicep pull as he forces the bridge back together with his spider powers.

As it turns out, a recent PlayStation blog update details that the upcoming standalone title featuring Peter Parker's protégé will not only be a launch title for the PS5 on 12 November for the United States (19 November for the rest of the world), but it will also launch on the PlayStation 4 as well.
